My Story
Nature as the ultimate guide
My journey into healing began in the quiet whispers of the desert borderlands. Growing up between two worlds as a Mexican-Californian, I learned early on that true medicine exists in the bridge between our inner landscapes and the earth we walk upon. This dual perspective fostered a deep respect for traditional ways of being and nature's boundless wisdom, which now forms the backbone of my clinical practice.
I have traveled and lived for many years throughout Mexico, Central, and South America. Throughout my travels, I have received several teachings surrounding energy work, traditional ways of being, and Mexican Traditional Medicine.
I walk the spiritual path in communion with my ancestors. I honor the inner alchemy of the elements within and among us. I am constantly finding new ways to cultivate interconnectedness with the universe and nature. I consider myself to have the privilege of being a sacred spaceholder and find counseling as a way of ritual healing.
Today, as a Spiritual Psychotherapist, I am honored to act as a spaceholder for your transformation. My methodology weaves together clinical expertise with the organic rhythms of the natural world. I believe that by looking within ourselves and nature, we find the blueprints for our own resilience and the quiet wisdom needed to navigate life's most challenging spirals.
Each session is an invitation to come home to yourself. Whether we are exploring ancestral systemic patterns or simple grounding techniques, the goal remains the same: holistic balance.
